Our mission is to empower small businesses by improving the way teams collaborate.
We are looking to grow our sales team with two Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) who are eager to make an impact and grow with us.
Position OverviewWe’re looking for ambitious, tech-savvy professionals who are passionate about software and will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a positive working culture. The ideal candidate is an effective communicator, highly organized, and talented at selling software solutions, particularly to accountants and small business owners. You will work closely with senior sales executives to generate leads, qualify prospects, and set the stage for successful customer engagements.
Key Responsibilities- Drive outreach and lead generation efforts for Basil
, our all-in-one collaboration product tailored for accountants and small businesses - Develop a deep understanding of our software offerings and clearly articulate our value propositions to potential customers
- Identify and qualify leads; schedule product demonstrations and discovery meetings for senior sales executives
- Track and maintain detailed metrics throughout the sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Actively gather and relay customer insights and feedback to leadership and product teams
- Stay current with industry trends and competitive landscape
- Represent Coral Tree at trade shows, conferences, and industry events
- Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas and performance goals
- 1 - 3 years of software sales or business development experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive results in a remote or hybrid environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Full-time position with On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $70,000/year
- Includes base salary of $50,000 and performance-based commissions
