- Drive revenue growth through direct sales and strategic partnerships, setting and meeting ambitious sales targets
- Collaborate with engineering and applications teams to tailor solutions that meet customer needs effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Electrical Engineering, Optical Engineering, or related field
- 7-10 years of sales experience in the semiconductor, photonics, or optical communications industry
- Deep understanding of photonics components and optical communication technologies
- Proven leadership in managing strategic accounts and driving revenue growth
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- MBA or advanced degree
- Industry contacts with key players in photonics, data center, and telecom sectors
- Familiarity with optical module industry standards (e.g., OIF, IEEE, ITU)
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot) and sales analytics software
