What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for silicon and photonics components targeting hyperscalers and optical module manufacturers

What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Electrical Engineering, Optical Engineering, or related field
  • 7-10 years of sales experience in the semiconductor, photonics, or optical communications industry
  • Deep understanding of photonics components and optical communication technologies
  • Proven leadership in managing strategic accounts and driving revenue growth
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • MBA or advanced degree
  • Industry contacts with key players in photonics, data center, and telecom sectors
  • Familiarity with optical module industry standards (e.g., OIF, IEEE, ITU)
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot) and sales analytics software
