What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Achieve or exceed sales quotas by developing and executing territory plans aligned with business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through various communication channels
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead follow-up, forecasting, and pipeline tracking using Salesforce
  • Conduct product demonstrations and collaborate with customer support to ensure satisfaction
  • Attend industry events to represent the employer and enhance product knowledge
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 3 years of Capital Equipment Sales experience or strong market/product knowledge
  • Strong hunting, prospecting, and closing skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, presentation, and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage extensive travel schedule (up to 75% in front of customers)
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Linked In Sales Navigator, and MS Office products
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Technical familiarity with optical emission and X-ray fluorescence spectrometry
  • Exceptional negotiation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience in the analytical instruments industry
