Responsibilities
  • Identify and build relationships with C-level decision makers at top convenience retailers in your territory
  • Develop and execute specific sales plans to drive market share growth for retail solutions
  • Utilize  for funnel management and sales forecasting
  • Communicate and promote the employer’s key strategic initiatives to add value for clients
  • Negotiate and manage pricing tools to maximize profitability in assigned accounts
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in a sales quota-carrying role within the retail segment
  • Proven history of exceeding sales quotas with strong funnel management and forecasting skills
  • Excellent customer focus, negotiation, and presentation capabilities
  • Experience with CRM/Salesforce to support sales processes
  • Willingness to travel for customer meetings and industry events, estimated at 50-75% of the time
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the petroleum/convenience industry is preferred
  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and challenge the status quo
