- Communicate and promote the employer’s key strategic initiatives to add value for clients
- Negotiate and manage pricing tools to maximize profitability in assigned accounts
- 5+ years of experience in a sales quota-carrying role within the retail segment
- Proven history of exceeding sales quotas with strong funnel management and forecasting skills
- Excellent customer focus, negotiation, and presentation capabilities
- Experience with CRM/Salesforce to support sales processes
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and industry events, estimated at 50-75% of the time
- Experience in the petroleum/convenience industry is preferred
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and challenge the status quo
