• Exceed revenue quota goals on a quarterly and yearly basis
• Develop business plans that align with your assigned territory
• Provide tailored solutions to meet unique customer and partner inquiries
• Collaborate with marketing to execute plans through partners and end users
• Own and oversee all aspects of the sales cycle, from qualifying to closing

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in technology or software sales
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and targets
• Ability to engage and manage discussions across all levels of a customer's organization
• Strong understanding of the identity security market and competitive landscape
• Proficiency in using Salesforce and other reporting tools for accurate forecasting

• Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in IT, business, or sales-related field
• Experience working with identity security solutions or related technologies
• Familiarity with competitive products, particularly Microsoft and Okta
• Established relationships with key influencers in the industry
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role with a focus on delivering exceptional service
