BAS Inside Sales Representative

Air Systems is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our Building Automation Systems (BAS) team in San Jose, CA. This full‑time, non‑exempt position reports directly to the BAS Service Manager.

Provide customer service, proposals, and quotes for the service and repair of BAS.

• Prepares and processes proposals to customers for repair work.
• Tracks outstanding proposals.
• Follow up with customers on outstanding proposals.
• Inputs accepted proposals into accounting system.
• Ordering of the parts needed for the accepted quotes.
• Works with dispatchers to schedule accepted work proposals.
• Runs weekly reports on outstanding and accepted quotes.
• Meets or exceeds annual goals for quoting and accepted proposals.
• Work with and support Outside Sales Team as needed.
• Track BAS Agreement Renewals for Outside Sales Team.

• High School Diploma
• HVAC Dispatcher experience and/or Inside Sales experience
• Proficient on MS Office, Teams, Coins, Salesforce
• Excellent oral/written communication skills

$31–$36 per hour based on experience.
