Overview

Employer Industry: Agricultural and Animal Nutrition

What to Expect
  • Conduct 25+ visits to farms and facilities weekly to assess feeding programs and recommend solutions
  • Drive sales by introducing new feed products and supporting existing customers
  • Build and maintain relationships with dealers, co-ops, and industry experts
  • Lead educational events and demonstrations to promote products and enhance customer loyalty
  • Manage customer data and utilize analytics tools to deepen market knowledge
What is Required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 to 5 years of industry or farm experience related to sales
  • Solid understanding of the agricultural industry and sales practices
  • Proven ability to build relationships and network to grow business
  • Strong sales drive with experience in frequent customer engagement
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a related field
  • Ability to formulate feed related to Grass Cattle
  • High internal drive and natural ability for relationship building
  • Leadership experience in a team environment
