What to Expect- Conduct 25+ visits to farms and facilities weekly to assess feeding programs and recommend solutions
- Drive sales by introducing new feed products and supporting existing customers
- Build and maintain relationships with dealers, co-ops, and industry experts
- Lead educational events and demonstrations to promote products and enhance customer loyalty
- Manage customer data and utilize analytics tools to deepen market knowledge
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years of industry or farm experience related to sales
- Solid understanding of the agricultural industry and sales practices
- Proven ability to build relationships and network to grow business
- Strong sales drive with experience in frequent customer engagement
- Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a related field
- Ability to formulate feed related to Grass Cattle
- High internal drive and natural ability for relationship building
- Leadership experience in a team environment
Salary up to $92,040
