Commercial Sales Executive – Old Republic Title
Old Republic Title is a leader of title and escrow services, dedicated to facilitating real estate transactions with the highest level of customer service. With over 118 years of history and a commitment to excellence, we are seeking a dynamic and results driven Commercial Sales Executive to join our team.
Responsibilities- Hybrid-office position based out of Santa Clara, CA. Most days will consist of local travel in the region or working in office.
- Base salary, commission, generous auto allowance and a cell phone allowance.
- Promote and sell our Title and Escrow services to commercial real estate professionals, developers, investors and other industry stakeholders.
- Drive market share and revenue growth by acquiring new commercial clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Attend commercial real estate events and meetings and develop business via in-person meetings with clients and potential clients.
Preferred candidate will have 3+ years of experience in commercial transactions within lending, title, escrow, banking or mortgage industries.
Self-motivated, able to work independently and part of a team. Exceptional written, verbal, listening and communication skills. Ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships. Established relationships in the commercial real estate industry with commercial bankers, developers and attorneys is a plus. Proficient in using a CRM such as Salesforce.
Position's Pay Range$120,000 - $150,000
