The Role

Sales Consultant — your objective is to effectively assist customers in finding the right vehicle, build lasting relationships, and achieve or exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.

The Sales Consultant Position has a pay structure that includes:

  • Base Hourly Compensation of $18.70
  • Commission based on the value or amount of closed sales (uncapped)

Responsibilities
  • Guide guests through brand and vehicle introductions, highlighting features that match lifestyle and needs
  • Greet customers, understand their needs and preferences, and provide expert advice
  • Possess a strong understanding of different vehicle models, features, and specifications
  • Demonstrate vehicles, arrange test drives, and guide customers through the sales process
  • Negotiate prices and finalize sales contracts, including trade-ins and financing options
  • Overcome objections, ask for the sale, and complete sales and purchasing contracts
  • Provide excellent guest service and build rapport to foster repeat business
  • Utilize CRM software to maintain records of sales activities and provide management with sales data
  • Stay up-to-date on new vehicle models, features, and industry trends
  • Present financial and other information upfront and transparently
  • Attain monthly sales quotas as designated by company expectations and standards
  • Deliver an exciting and engaging experience for guests
  • Maintain high ethical standards in all actions

Education/Licenses
