- Responsible for key account development and maintenance , establishing and nurturing strong customer relationships.
- Develop and execute key account sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Gain an in-depth understanding of customer needs, providing personalized product solutions and after-sales support.
- Collect market intelligence, analyze competitor activities, and provide recommendations for the company's product and market strategies.
- Participate in business negotiations, finalize sales contracts, and monitor contract execution.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Polymer Science, Materials, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, (Comsumer Electronic Industry is preferred) with a proven track record of independently managing key accounts with decision-making authority/significant influence. Must have led at least one project from inception (0-1) to successful implementation.
- Proactive, passionate, with strong achievement motivation and desire for success, and high resilience under pressure.
- Excellent relationship development and establishment skills.
