Overview
Entry-Level Aviation Sales Consultant — San Jose, CA (Onsite). Full-Time. Base Salary: $65,000 + Uncapped Commission. Our client is a global aviation services firm specializing in private air travel solutions for high-net-worth individuals, corporations, governments, and sports & entertainment organizations. They operate as a trusted intermediary between clients and aircraft operators, managing the entire charter process from inquiry through wheels-up. This is a high-activity, phone-heavy, outbound sales role designed for competitive, motivated early-career professionals who want a long-term career in sales with real earning potential and global exposure.
What You’ll Be Doing- Building and developing your own book of business through proactive outbound calls, emails, and digital outreach
- Researching and qualifying prospective clients using internal tools, databases, and external platforms
- Managing the full sales and charter lifecycle from first contact through completed flight
- Developing long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat and referral business
- Coordinating closely with aircraft operators to source the most suitable solutions for client needs
- Maintaining a strong understanding of aircraft types, charter logistics, and pricing structures
- Consistently exceeding activity-based and revenue-based performance targets
- Supporting live trips through flight monitoring and real-time communication when needed
- 0–3 years of sales, business development, or cold-calling experience
- Strong phone presence and comfort with high outbound activity
- Competitive, resilient mindset with the ability to push through rejection
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Coachable, adaptable, and eager to learn
- Interest in sales, aviation, and performance-based compensation
- Open to travel for training and development
- Bilingual skills are a strong plus (not required)
- $65,000 base salary plus 10% uncapped commission
