Enterprise Key Account Manager

Responsibilities

• New business prospecting and development for server products and system integration
• Generating new customer and sales leads, setting-up accounts, and controlling credit limits
• Participating in inventory allocation for products, coordinating with customers on payment, delivery schedule, RMA and related issues
• Quoting and negotiating price with customers and Product Managers
• Making discretionary judgment and suggesting and promoting products to customers
• Improving market share, generating business, and participating in trade shows for promoting new products
• Cooperating with Purchasing and Marketing departments to set up promotional programs or bundle sales programs to meet customer needs
• Developing relationships and maintaining continuous contact with existing customers, obtaining feedback from existing customers, and assisting with resolution of customer issues or complaints
• Attending company periodical sales training and special technical training to attain sound product knowledge, technical knowledge, and deep understanding of competitors
