About the Role

We are hiring a Sales Specialist to support our industrial maintenance technology sales. The ideal candidate will have prior experience selling technical or industrial products and is excited to work on-site with customers across the U.S. You’ll work closely with technical and engineering teams to understand customer needs, recommend suitable solutions, and support trial-to-deployment conversion.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with industrial clients, identifying maintenance challenges and recommending appropriate solutions in collaboration with technical sales engineers.
• Support product demonstrations, coordinate trial program execution, and assist with proposal preparation and contract negotiations.
• Collect and analyze customer requirements to tailor solutions that align with operational goals.
• Maintain clear communication with clients throughout the sales cycle and coordinate post-sale onboarding and training with the technical support team.
• Document all sales activities, client interactions, and market insights in the CRM system.
• Stay informed on company products, industry trends, and travel as needed to client sites (primarily domestic).

Qualifications

• Minimum [5] years of relevant experience in sales of industrial maintenance products, services, or technology solutions (exact number to be filled)
• OSHA 10 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain upon hiring)
• Must be willing and able to travel to customer sites as needed
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
