Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Conduct warm calling to potential customers to generate appointments for the sales team
• Utilize effective communication and negotiation skills to engage prospects and secure appointments
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls and appointments in Salesforce or similar CRM system
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of leads and appointment information
• Continuously develop and improve strategies for generating high-quality appointments
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with prospects

• Previous experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting is preferred
• Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, both written and verbal
• Ability to confidently engage with potential customers over the phone and build rapport
• Excellent negotiation skills to overcome objections and secure appointments
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to meet or exceed targets
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records
