• Collaborate with Outside Sales associates to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
• Deliver personalized customer service through timely quotations/submittals and accurate sales orders.
• Coordinate deliveries with the warehouse and address customer inquiries or concerns via phone, email, and in-person.
• Manage accounts, complete administrative duties, and maintain accurate records of products sold.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to support branch growth.

• Previous sales or customer service experience (warehouse, plumbing, or forklift experience is a plus but not required).
• Ability to handle customer phone calls, walk-in customers, and email orders efficiently.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and proficiency in Outlook and data entry.
• A customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• A high school diploma (or equivalent) is preferred; any combination of education and experience that provides the required skills qualifies.
