Business Development Director

Location:

Job Summary
  • This role demands proven expertise in both strategic and tactical leadership in Sales, Transformation & Change management.
  • On the strategic side, the Director is responsible for developing critical new strategies and business opportunities for the company.
  • Lead FIT through Go-To-Market Sales Enablement & sales-marketing alignment, Account-based marketing (ABM) & virtual/hybrid-virtual sales.
  • Drive develop and build an accretive and robust tier 1 OEM Sales pipeline in alignment with FIT objectives.
  • Responsible for growing, building and maintaining strong customer relationships with key decision makers at client organizations.
  • Leads, owns and drives business development/Sales process ensuring effective alignment and communication with internal and cross functional teams.
  • Drive advanced development:
    System Architecture, Product Development, Engineering, and Business Development teams for AI data centers, collaborating with top-tier hyperscale CSPs on next-gen architectures and components.
  • Accelerate growth, manage complex negotiations, transform organizations, and lead high-performing teams.
  • Lead, Own and Drive AI hardware development for next-generation high-speed, high-power connectivity semiconductor, optical engine, co-packaged optics partnerships and ecosystem development.
  • Owns and drives Bi-weekly updates and reports on sales pipeline, forecasts and business performance to FIT leadership.
Required Education, Training and Experience
  • BS/ MS Degree in Business Development, Engineering, Operations/Logistics, Finance, or similar degree
  • 15+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales and Management Consulting
  • Knowledge of electronics business, sales organization, and interconnect business familiarity
  • Proven success in spearheading high impact, high business re‑engineering, and corporate change management projects
  • Significant experience in leading Business development and advanced development teams.
  • Executive level experience leading high tech industry in both the US and Asia
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin – read, write, speak
