Account Executive, SMB Team Sales – San Jose, Fresno, Visalia, CA (T‑Mobile)
We’re looking for an ambitious, results‑driven sales professional to build stellar customer relationships and bring T‑Mobile’s unrivaled products and services to underserved markets. This hunter role requires meeting and exceeding monthly sales quotas by acquiring new accounts with small and medium‑sized businesses (1‑299 employees). You will prospect, cold‑call, network, and generate leads, then use solution‑based selling to demonstrate T‑Mobile’s value, tailor recommendations, negotiate, and close business.
Location: San Jose, Fresno, Visalia, CA (flexible within the region)
Total Target Cash Pay Range: $71,800 – $129,400 (inclusive of incentives)
Base Pay Range: $43,080 – $77,640
Based on location, qualifications, and experience the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
Job Responsibilities- Generate and manage leads in both developed and underdeveloped territories through prospecting, cold‑calling, and networking.
- Present wireless solutions—price plans, data services, handsets, and accessories—to demonstrate T‑Mobile’s value.
- Negotiate and close deals while meeting or exceeding monthly sales quotas.
- Develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management through product training and sales meetings.
- Create effective sales proposals and solutions.
- Utilize Salesforce automation to manage the sales funnel and report on activities and forecasts.
- Bachelor's degree (preferred);
High School Diploma/GED (required). - 1+ years of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably in a commissioned environment.
- Experience in B2B sales.
- Task management: excel in a fast‑changing, multi‑task environment (required).
- Customer service: deliver superior service and pay attention to detail (required).
- Communication: excellent interpersonal, written, and oral skills (required).
- Negotiation: effective negotiating and closing skills, including emotional intelligence and problem‑solving (required).
- Minimum age 18.
