• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology as directed
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and with a team
• Resolve guest questions quickly
• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established time frames

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed
• Climb ladders when required
• Scan, handle and move merchandise safely; lifting up to 15 pounds frequently and up to 44 pounds occasionally without assistance
• Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) with reliable attendance
• Work in varying temperatures and other elements;
  Drive-Up, carryout, etc.
• Remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests as needed
• Use store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and support guest needs
• Sort freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs
• Set visual presentations and visual merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills and merchandising to capacity
• Maintain backroom organization to support replenishment and guest requests
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience
• Support price change processes with clearance merchandising and signing
• Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and help guests
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by routing merchandise from fitting rooms and guest service back to the sales floor
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance
• Operate safely and report hazards, adhering to safety policies
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup (OPU) and Drive-up (DU) with compliance to laws
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests during daily tasks and assisting as needed
• Engage with guests to help solve their needs and thank them for shopping at Target
• Other duties based on business needs
