The Executive Chef is responsible for leading all culinary operations for a dining account. This role oversees menu development, food production, cost control, inventory management, and compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. The Executive Chef leads and develops a culinary team while partnering with marketing and culinary leadership to execute new programs and initiatives.

• Oversee all culinary operations for the account
• Lead, train, and manage culinary associates
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
• Develop and execute menus aligned with client and company expectations
• Manage food costs, labor controls, and overall culinary budget
• Oversee purchasing, receiving, and inventory management
• Implement new culinary programs in collaboration with marketing and corporate culinary teams

• Culinary degree preferred
• Three to five years of culinary management experience
• Proven experience in high-volume production and catering environments
• Demonstrated success managing food and labor costs
• Strong leadership skills with a desire to grow within a food service organization
