KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Perform varied duties to ensure all aspects of food presentation according to standing operating procedure.
- Perform calmly and effectively under pressure.
- Communicate with guest clearly, patiently, and courteously.
- Communicate effectively with co-workers.
- Promptly carry food from the kitchen to any table in the restaurant for an entire shift.
- Complete all side work.
- Comprehend and acquire appropriate items (garnishes, accompaniments, sauces and utensils) to complete a particular order for delivery.
- Refrain from smoking for the duration of the shift.
Maintain and clean uniform. - Maintain a well-groomed appearance that reflects brand standards.
