** Job Summary*
* We are seeking an energetic and entrepreneurial  
** Executive Chef
** to lead kitchen operations while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, safety, and sanitation. This role oversees menu execution, staff training, and operational excellence in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

* Key Responsibilities:

*
* + Oversee daily kitchen operations and meal production

+ Plan menus in accordance with corporate standards and guidelines

+ Ensure recipe compliance, portion control, quality, and presentation

+ Train and lead kitchen staff on food preparation, safety, sanitation, and equipment use

+ Manage inventory, food costs, and waste control

+ Maintain cleanliness, organization, and equipment maintenance schedules

+ Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations

+ Participate in meetings, training, and professional development programs

* Preferred Qualifications:

*
* + Associate's degree or equivalent experience

+ 3-5 years of progressive culinary or kitchen management experience

+ High-volume or complex food service experience preferred

+ Catering, institutional, or batch cooking experience a plus

+ Hands-on leadership style with strong culinary execution

+ Knowledge of food trends, cost controls, sanitation, and presentation

+ Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Outlook, email)

+  
** Serv Safe certification preferred*
