• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Assist clients with leasing and/or transactional sales
• Facilitate negotiations between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
• Arrange and conduct property tours
• Oversee the transaction process from initial contact to closing, ensuring a smooth and timely completion
• Follow up with all customer leads and requests in a timely and efficient manner to ensure superior customer service
