We are looking for a dedicated and upbeat Assistant Property Manager to join our growing team in the Bay Area.
Redwood Seniors of Willow Glen
, a 140‑unit senior apartment complex, is located in the historic and upscale district of Willow Glen, “San Jose’s Local Treasure.” This rare opportunity allows you to work in one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in the area.

• Utilize and maintain all data in the One Site property management system.
• Efficiently process and file forms and documents as necessary, maintaining confidentiality of personnel and residents.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of lease terms, specifications, amenities, rates, sizes, and locations of property and all community policies.
• Present property and provide amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants.
• Advertise available units using a variety of media and promotional materials.
• Develop full knowledge of application information required, screening processes, and policies regarding rentals.
• Conduct all initial certifications, annual re‑certifications, and interim certifications; audit all move‑in files and assist with move‑in certifications and qualifications, including EIV reporting and investigations.
• MOR audit preparations.
• Prepare and execute all required notices, interviews, verifications of household information, and completion of the Tenant Income Certifications.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in leasing apartment communities.
• Knowledge of HUD, Section 8, and/or LIHTC.
• Accomplished interpersonal skills; able to deal effectively with employees, residents, vendors, and co‑workers; excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
