Job Overview
The Global Fulfillment & Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for ensuring consistent product quality and fulfillment accuracy across all countries and partners where we operate. This role serves as a critical bridge between Fulfillment, Production, and Customer Experience, working closely with the VP of Customer Experience to proactively identify quality risks, customer pain points, and systemic issues before they impact customers.
Responsibilitiesand Duties Global Quality Assurance Ownership
- Establish and maintain consistent QA standards and inspection criteria across all countries, warehouses, and manufacturing partners.
- Ensure dresses meet defined quality benchmarks for construction, fit, measurements, fabric, color, and overall presentation.
- Partner with international teams to ensure QA processes are understood, implemented, and followed consistently.
- Conduct audits (virtual and/or onsite) of QA processes across regions.
- Oversee fulfillment accuracy standards across global operations, ensuring correct item, size, color, and customization.
- Partner with fulfillment and logistics teams to identify recurring shipment errors or delays.
- Ensure readiness during peak periods by validating capacity, processes, and quality controls.
- Analyze customer feedback, NPS, eSat, reviews, and contact drivers.
- Identify emerging quality or fulfillment trends before escalation.
- Translate customer pain points into actionable QA and operational improvements.
- Regularly present insights, risks, and recommendations to CX and Operations leadership.
- Review returns and remake data across regions to determine root causes.
- Drive corrective and preventive action plans with production and sourcing partners.
- Track and report defect trends by country, vendor, and product category.
- Define and improve SOPs for global QA and fulfillment standards.
- Develop reporting dashboards to track quality, accuracy, and customer impact.
- Ensure accountability and follow-through on corrective actions across teams.
- Support special projects tied to customer experience improvements and expansion into new markets.

- 4+ years of experience in quality assurance, fulfillment, operations, or customer experience within e-commerce or apparel.
- Proven ability to learn internal and external tools quickly, with hands‑on experience in WMS and ERP platforms and a track record of translating system data into clear, actionable operational improvements.
- Experience working with international teams, vendors, or multi-country operations.
- Strong understanding of apparel quality standards, sizing, and construction.
- Highly analytical with the ability to connect customer feedback to operational root causes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills; comfortable influencing without direct authority.
- Excellent communication skills with executive-level partners.
- Experience managing key metrics with demonstrated ability to share insight from data with key stakeholders.
