Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Landscaper to maintain the outdoor appearance of our apartment community. This role is responsible for ensuring that all lawns, gardens, trees, and common outdoor areas are clean, safe, and visually appealing for residents and visitors. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, enjoys working outdoors, and understands the importance of curb appeal in a residential community.
Responsibilities- Maintain lawns, landscaped areas, flower beds, and trees throughout the community
- Mow, edge, trim, weed, mulch, and prune as needed
- Plant flowers, shrubs, and greenery according to seasonal needs and property plans
- Remove debris, leaves, and litter from grounds, walkways, parking areas, and common spaces
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.) safely
- Identify and report irrigation issues, damaged landscaping, or safety hazards
- Assist with storm cleanup when applicable
- Work closely with maintenance and management teams to ensure community standards are met
- Previous landscaping, groundskeeping, or outdoor maintenance experience preferred
- Knowledge of basic landscaping techniques and equipment operation
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Takes initiative, stays productive throughout the day, and manages time effectively without micromanagement.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds regularly.
- Frequent standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, bending, kneeling, and reaching.
- Ability to work in a variety of environmental conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and confined spaces.
- Manual dexterity for operating tools and equipment.
- Must be able to respond quickly to emergency situations, which may require running, climbing, or crawling.
- Ability to use personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed.
Compensation details: 25-28 Hourly Wage
