You contribute to our success. Every role has an impact on our patients’ lives and you have the opportunity to make a difference. We are looking for a dedicated Intake Referral Specialist like you to be a part of our team.

Under general supervision, provides intake and referral services to the Behavioral Health Department programs, including but not limited to phone, face-to-face and emergency assessments and insurance/payment verification and authorization.

• Masters degree in Behavioral Health Related Field or current California RN license required.
• State of California License in:
  Registered Nurse (RN), Marriage and Family Counseling, (LMFT), Social work (LCSW), Professional Counselor (LPCC) or Clinical Psychology (Ph.D, Psy.
  
  D.).
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support required
• Minimum of two (2) years experience in a behavioral health field
• Ability to learn and utilize computerized patient care management system
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions. Must effectively read, write and verbally communicate in the English language.
