Registered Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse - Temp

Gardner Health Services is currently recruiting to fill the following Nurse positions:

• Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) - Temporary, 40 hour/week position based out of Compre Care Health Center located in San Jose, California. Temporary employees are not eligible for benefits.

Under the supervision of the Clinic Manager and Nursing Director for daily operations, the RN/LVN is responsible for overseeing services as it relates to nursing care. This individual will work within the scope of nursing practice and Licensure from the State of California in accordance with Title 22 and the guidelines of Patient Centered Medical Home Model. The position assures quality and continuity of care as it relates to determining patient needs for nursing services and assisting the patient in achieving patients' health goals.

As a team member in Patient Centered Medical Home, the RN/LVN collaborates with clinic management, RN Staff, Clinician staff, and clinical support staff to maintain high standards of patient care with the patient at the center.. Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred.

Minimum Qualifications:

The minimum qualifications of these positions are listed below. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

• Current and Active Registered Nurse License or Licensed Vocational Nurse in California
• Current and Active CPR and IV Certification
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required

Compensation and level of position placement will be determined based on relevant experience and education.

Licensed Vocational Nurse - $32.06 - 36.70/hourly

Registered Nurse - $43.51 - $49.81/hourly

Bachelor of Science in Nursing - $45.68 - $52.30/hourly

Master of Science in Nursing - $47.86 - $54.79/hourly
