Compensation:  - $150,000 - $180,000 based on experience

DETAILS:
- Work as an integral part of our provider staff by participating in our medical/behavioral health team, QA/QI, and additional staff teams with some home visits
- 32 hours of patient care remaining hours dedicated to admin time
- No call
- The FNP will have appropriate backup by a physician via remote and will not be required to provide services for which the FNP is not trained
