Schedule:
Critical care unit setting
Highlights:
Provide critical care nursing for patients with multi-system failure requiring advanced interventions
Manage patients requiring ventilation support, hemodynamic monitoring, and complex respiratory care
Care for neuro/trauma patients in a fast-paced critical care environment
Supervise and delegate to ancillary staff within their scope of practice
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care
Union-represented position with CNA
Requirements:
Active California RN license in good standing
Critical care nursing experience with demonstrated competency in ICU/CCU settings
Proficiency in hemodynamic monitoring and ventilator management
Experience managing multi-system organ failure and trauma patients
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Strong clinical assessment, delegation, and leadership skills
