The Pediatric Advanced Cardiac Therapies (PACT) program is a leading heart failure and heart transplant program, caring for the most complex and critically ill children. The hospital has about 350 beds, and each year the team performs about 20 pediatric heart transplants and 15 VAD implants, while providing outpatient care for over 1,000 patients. With decades of expertise, PACT delivers exceptional outcomes and life-saving care for children that few programs are equipped to handle.
The Manager Heart Transplant Programs reports to the Director Cardiac Transplant, VAD, Heart Failure. The Heart Failure & Transplant Nurse Manager provides leadership and management for assigned organ transplant programs, overseeing the nursing component of both inpatient and outpatient transplant care. The Cardiology Services RN Manager responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care delivery, managing staff, driving performance improvement initiatives, maintaining fiscal oversight, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing operational leadership to support both current and future program success.
They will also demonstrate a strong commitment to staff education and professional development, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
