Primary Care Registered Nurse - 2 years - California

- Secondary: 266 N. Jackson Avenue #1 & #4 – San Jose, CA
Key Responsibilities
- Triage incoming calls and walk-ins
- Review lab results and coordinate with providers
- Administer vaccines (Pediatrics and Adults), perform POC tests, wound care, ear lavage, venipuncture, and emergency assessments
- Participate in off-site events and oversee ancillary staff
- Transport vaccines and monitor temperature compliance
- Assist Nurse Manager with training and competency checks
Qualifications
- Outpatient Experience is required.
- BSN preferred or equivalent education/training
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
- CPR Certification
- ACLS
- PALS
