Seeking a highly skilled, compassionate Labor and Delivery registered nurse to deliver exceptional direct patient care in our Labor and Delivery setting. In this role, you will provide assessment and planning for individualized patient care. • Communicate with physicians about changes in patients’ clinical condition.
• Respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.
• Act in a composed and professional manner, especially under pressure.
• Perform general nursing duties in all Maternal Child Health departments with adequate supervision.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient charts.
• Participate in performance improvement activities.
• Act as the patient’s advocate, as circumstances require.

• Current California Registered Nurse License.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Registered Nurse with one (1) year of full‑time equivalent or more of acute care experience.
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Current ACLS within 30 days of hire.
• Current NRP within 60 days of hire.
