Position Summary

Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church is a vibrant, multicultural community committed to living the Gospel, promoting Ignatian spirituality, forming disciples, celebrating the Eucharist, and serving the needs of God’s people. The YAM (Young Adult Ministry) supports this mission by accompanying young adults (ages 18–39+) in their faith journeys. We strive to be a safe space where young adults can encounter God’s transforming grace, cultivate authentic relationships with one another, and grow in faith through service and community.

Most Holy Trinity seeks a person with strong pastoral and leadership skills to serve as the parish Young Adult Minister. In collaboration with the leadership team (SALT), he/she will help develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive ministry for young adults whether single or married within the parish that are in alignment with Catholic teaching and parish priorities.
