Adobe is seeking a strategic, growth-oriented Director, Product Marketing - Workfront to join our dynamic team in San Jose, CA. This is an outstanding opportunity to build the future of our Workfront and power Content Supply Chain. As the Director, Product Marketing, you will help define the roadmap for product success and ensure flawless execution of our marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a world-class product marketing and strategy team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, sales, and customer success teams to successfully implement go-to-market plans.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and the competitive landscape.
- Build compelling product messaging and positioning that resonates with our target audience.
- Coordinate the development of marketing collateral, including presentations, white papers, and case studies.
- Collaborate with the sales organization on GTM execution and driving ARR growth.
- Train and enable the sales team with effective tools and resources.
- Represent Adobe at industry events and conferences.
- Proven track record in product marketing, with at least 8 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of enterprise marketing strategies and tactics.
- Outstanding leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
- Demonstrated ability to compete in a fast-paced, competitive market.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $170,000 -- $320,000 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
In California, the pay range for this position is $221,000 - $320,000.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
