$70,000 per year.

• 2+ years of experience in a marketing/sales role
• Experience in a fast‑paced office setting
• Excellent writing skills and good communication manners in emails, texting and phone calls
• Experience with MS Office Suite and the ability to learn new software quickly

• Strong ability to execute online and offline marketing campaigns and a sharp eye for detail
• High degree of creativity, strong work ethic, and the ability to work at a fast pace
• Very strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks on schedule

• Create marketing strategy, planning and execute marketing and client events
• Welcome prospects and clients in the office with hospitality
• Develop and execute prospect and client experience procedures and processes
• Plan, execute, and measure all marketing campaigns
• Create and execute content and communication strategies to maintain high satisfaction scores among existing clients
• Oversee the development and implementation of marketing funnels through branding and building of landing pages, registrations, pre- and post-email drip communications, and paid social
• Manage email marketing strategy, including cadence and drip campaigns, while monitoring performance
• Leverage company-produced content across platforms
• Execute pre- and post-lead nurturing and contact strategies
• Monitor performance of all lead funnels to gauge ROI and recommend optimizations
• Assist in branding and development of marketing and brand products

• 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
• Some evenings required for client events

Base salary: $70,000 per year. Bonus: $50,000–$80,000.
