$70,000 per year.
Minimum Requirements- The desire to work long‑term in the financial industry
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing/sales role
- Experience in a fast‑paced office setting
- Excellent writing skills and good communication manners in emails, texting and phone calls
- Experience with MS Office Suite and the ability to learn new software quickly
- Strong ability to execute online and offline marketing campaigns and a sharp eye for detail
- High degree of creativity, strong work ethic, and the ability to work at a fast pace
- Very strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks on schedule
- Create marketing strategy, planning and execute marketing and client events
- Welcome prospects and clients in the office with hospitality
- Develop and execute prospect and client experience procedures and processes
- Plan, execute, and measure all marketing campaigns
- Create and execute content and communication strategies to maintain high satisfaction scores among existing clients
- Oversee the development and implementation of marketing funnels through branding and building of landing pages, registrations, pre- and post-email drip communications, and paid social
- Manage email marketing strategy, including cadence and drip campaigns, while monitoring performance
- Leverage company-produced content across platforms
- Execute pre- and post-lead nurturing and contact strategies
- Monitor performance of all lead funnels to gauge ROI and recommend optimizations
- Assist in branding and development of marketing and brand products
- 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
- Some evenings required for client events
Base salary: $70,000 per year. Bonus: $50,000–$80,000.
