Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in San Jose, CA for a Director of Marketing. The Director of Marketing will lead national brand strategy, elevate creative direction, and drive the next chapter of growth for one of the fastest-growing beverage brands in the U.S. If you’re a strategic thinker with a passion for brand building, digital leadership, and innovation, this role is built for you.

Responsibilities- Develop and lead Teaspoon’s
national marketing strategy
across all channels (digital, in-store, community, franchise). - Oversee
brand positioning
, seasonal campaigns, and overall creative direction. - Lead and mentor a
high-performing marketing team
, aligning efforts with company goals. - Manage digital performance:
paid social, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, CRM, and loyalty programs
. - Build and maintain
national promotional calendars
and product launch plans. - Establish partnerships with
influencers, creative agencies, and media vendors
. - Ensure consistent
brand identity
across stores, packaging, and digital platforms. - Support
franchise development
, marketing initiatives, and new store openings. - Analyze marketing performance and deliver
data-driven insights
to leadership. - Forge
external partnerships and collaborations
to expand brand recognition.
- 5+ years
of marketing experience, including2+ years in a senior/leadership role
. - Experience inF&B, QSR, fast-casual, or retail chains
. - Strong background in
digital strategy
and campaign performance analysis. - Proven ability to
grow brand awareness
and drive customer engagement. - Experience leading teams and working cross-functionally.
- Strong
storytelling, communication, and creative direction
skills. - Based in or willing to relocate to San Jose, CA.
- Experience with
boba/bubble tea
brands. - Background in
franchise marketing
. - Experience with
loyalty programs
or mobile app marketing. - Certifications in
Meta Ads, Google Ads, Hub Spot
, or similar. - Experience managing
large creative productions
(photo/video). - Experience supporting
national brand expansion
