DescriptionWe are looking for a Consumer Marketing Manager to join our rapidly expanding US Consumer Marketing team. We are seeking a passionate marketer, skilled communicator with a proven track record in managing and growing social channels.
Role expectations- Own the paid social strategy across key platforms (Meta, Tik Tok, Snapchat, Pinterest, You Tube, X/Twitter), ensuring alignment with broader business and marketing objectives.
- Develop annual and quarterly channel roadmaps, defining channel roles, investment strategy, testing priorities, and success metrics.
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of large‑scale paid social campaigns, ensuring performance, efficiency, and scalability.
- Drive strategic partnerships with social platform partners, leading joint planning, testing roadmaps, and innovation opportunities.
- Partner closely with internal teams and external agencies to shape creative strategy, ensuring content is platform-native, audience-relevant, and performance-driven.
- Oversee campaign setup, trafficking, and QA processes, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to best practices.
- Analyze performance and deliver clear, executive-ready reporting, insights, and recommendations that inform optimization and future investment decisions.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and ways of working to scale social media impact over time.
- Mentor and guide junior team members and agency partners, setting a high bar for strategic thinking and execution.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 6-10 years of consumer marketing experience, with a strong emphasis on paid social media.
- 4+ years of hands‑on paid social experience, managing significant budgets across multiple platforms.
- Demonstrated experience owning channel strategy and driving measurable ROI across large‑scale paid social programs.
- Deep expertise in platform‑native social strategies across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Tik Tok, Pinterest, You Tube, Snapchat, and emerging platforms.
- Strong understanding of the digital consumer ecosystem, including paid, owned, and earned social, and how they work together across the funnel.
- Proven analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights, recommendations, and action plans.
- Experience with media planning, budget management, testing frameworks, and performance analysis.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross‑functional partners and senior leadership.
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
If provided, base salary or wage rate ranges are the range in which Align reasonably expects to set a candidate’s pay for the posted position. Actual placement depends on the individual skills and experience level of a candidate plus the total compensation and equity across team members. For other locations outside of the primary location, the base salary range will be adjusted geographically.
For Field Sales roles, the salary listed is the base pay only and does not include the applicable incentive compensation plan. A cost of living adjustment may be added to base pay for higher cost areas in the U.S.
Our internship hourly rates are a standard pay determined based on the position and your location, year in school, degree, and experience.
