ScopeA Via Fill Operator will operate via fill and planarization equipment to create a superior bond between copper and increase functionality within core surfaces. The role includes quality and process checks, daily housekeeping and minor preventative maintenance.
Duties and Responsibilities- Read and interpret shop traveler to verify WO number and panel quantity, and ensure previous operations are completed.
- Read and interpret document instructions carefully and correctly.
- Inspect work product prior to processing through via-fill equipment for plug holes, voids and any quality abnormalities.
- Apply non-conductive paste onto equipment used on boards.
- Operate Mass via fill equipment and Pola Massa and SV-100 planarization systems.
- Inspect, verify and approve the sustainability of via fill/planarization process before moving to the next department.
- Follow all departmental process procedures correctly and respectfully.
- Complete all departmental documentation accurately including traveler.
- Maintain a safe, neat and orderly workplace in compliance with DDi Safety Policies.
- Follow all safety measures when handling chemicals and hazardous waste regarding use, mixing and disposal of chemicals.
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English to perform the job.
- Must be able to stand throughout the shift and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Must be able to work with solvent.
- Able to read prints and drawings.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Compensation ranges for roles at TTM Technologies vary based on factors such as skill sets, experience and training, certifications, and other business needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $41,818 - $66,100. Additional compensation may include an annual or quarterly bonus; shift premiums may apply for alternative shifts.
Export StatementMust comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC. This includes identifying ITAR products on the manufacturing floor, recognizing foreign visitors by badge, following authorization procedures for foreign visitors (VAL), understanding export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US, and managing vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
