Materials Handler II - Day Shift

As a Materials Handler II, you will coordinate the flow of materials from Quality Inspection or Receiving into inventory areas, ensuring on‑time delivery to production and supporting R&D. Your work will directly impact our warehouse operations and help the company maintain excellence.

• Participate in or lead daily cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Prepare outbound shipments by retrieving and palletizing goods.
• Fulfill parts for work orders and expedite items to address shortages.
• Maintain inventory and associated records for raw materials, intermediates, disposables, and spare parts.
• Communicate part shortages or issues to the Warehouse & Logistics team.
• Enter the cleanroom when necessary to issue or count parts.
• Operate a pallet jack and maintain an orderly, clean warehouse.

• Minimum of 1 year warehouse experience in a manufacturing or regulated environment (medical device, pharmaceutical, or similar).
• Must be available to work day shifts and adapt to varying schedules as needed.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast‑paced, rapid‑growth environment.
• Energetic, positive, and customer‑service oriented.
• Proactive self‑starter with strong problem‑solving and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization and across all functions.

• Associate’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role within a regulated industry.
• Experience with inventory management systems or ERP software, specifically QAD.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Project.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols in a warehouse environment.
• Live within 30 miles of our HQ to ensure timely arrival and flexibility for shift coverage.

The base salary range for this role is $27.00 to $32.00 per hour, with potential for bonus and equity/RSUs based on experience and performance.

You will receive training and must maintain trained status on PROCEPT Bio Robotics’ Quality Management System and adhere to Quality & EHS policies.
