Responsibilities- Perform calibrations on high level and unique test and measurement instrumentation either in house or on-site
- Use troubleshooting, repair, and calibration knowledge to work on unique equipment
- Interact with customers to determine needs relating to traceability, adequacy of standards and test procedures, and items requiring repair or limited calibration
- Interface directly with customers regarding traceability and test procedures used by Trescal
- Ensure preventive maintenance of laboratory equipment is performed in a timely and acceptable manner
- Perform daily inspections of incoming equipment to verify accessories, manuals, malfunction status, and change equipment status when appropriate
- Calipers
- Micrometers
- Torque Wrenches
- Dimensional Hard Gauging: rings, plugs, threads, etc.
- Military training or commercial calibrations experience (preferred)
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience calibrating test & measurement equipment (commercial or military calibration lab preferred)
- Mechanical Calibration experience required
- Very good organizational skills, meticulous with details
- Strong communication skills including written, verbal and listening skills
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word & Excel), Internet research, data entry, etc.
- Experience interacting with customers in a courteous and professional manner and providing an excellent customer experience

Salary: $30 – $45 per hour
