Manufacturing Technician

Ultimate Staffing is hiring for Manufacturing Technicians at one of our fast‑growing customers in San Jose, CA.

Background:
We are seeking technicians to temporarily provide support on different component testing processes. We run electrical tests daily and need an individual that can operate equipment independently and learn how to perform tasks efficiently.

• Operate metal evaporation tools and test equipment tool per SOP.
• Operate different cameras to capture images of sensitive devices per SOP.
• Handle sensitive devices per SOP.
• Clean tooling and work surfaces regularly per SOP.
• Perform various daily and weekly checks on the different pieces of equipment.
• Troubleshoot various tooling as needed.
• Investigate anomalies per engineering guidance.
• Communicate results with engineers in a timely manner with agreed report format.
• Report, document and resolve all issues during operations.
• Ensure strict alignment to cleanroom and dryroom protocols and 5S standards.

• HS Diploma and at least 3 years of technician experience in semiconductor or battery processes.
• Familiarity with cleanroom and dry room compliance standards and practices.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Efficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Be able to walk, bend, stoop and sit for extended periods of time.
• Be able to lift at least 30lbs comfortably.
