Has the capacity to perform all manufacturing processes in the workcell or production line.

• Receives specific work instruction from the repair/prescreen team leads and operates with some latitude for un-reviewed actions or decisions, using education and experience as guides.
• Becomes proficient and certified in all positions on the production lines assigned, including Pre‑screening, Tester I, Cosmetic Cleaning, Inspection, Machine Operator, Cosmetic Repair, and Material Handling.
• Fills in for workers not present in order to maintain the line’s productivity, often in other workcells.
• May perform reworks of ICT and FVT failures, QC rejects and salvage for assigned lines.
• May assist supervisors in conducting training and cross‑training of line workers on the assigned line.
• May rework RMA’s as requested by the Production Supervisor.
• Rotates regularly and often in positions such as Machine Operator, Tester I, Quality Inspector, Repair Technician, and Material Handler.
• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to operate a personal computer using a Windows‑based operating system and related software.
• Advanced PC skills, including training and knowledge of Jabil’s software packages.
• Ability to write simple correspondence and read and understand visual aid.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one‑ or two‑step instructions.
• Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Basic arithmetic skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, decimals, ratios, and percentages.

The hourly pay range for this role is $23.27 – $41.88.
