• Receives materials and supplies by verifying PO information on ERP (PO number, QTY, etc.).
• Documents materials receipts and puts away to the appropriate storage location.
• Locates material(s) by pulling and verifying materials and supplies listed on production orders.
• Delivers production materials and supplies where needed, including staging finished product distribution.
• Locates and packs materials for shipping.
• Prepares finished stock for shipment by identifying, pulling, packing, crating, loading, and securing product.
• Documents product shipment by recording units shipped.
• Maintains inventory by identifying, labeling, and keeping materials and supplies in stock, recording location of inventory, and reporting shortages.
• Operates forklifts (certified a plus), pallet jacks, and other machinery to move items, or signals machine operators to move materials onto and off trucks, ships, and loading docks.
• Maintains material‑handling equipment by completing pre‑use inspections and making operator repairs.
• Maintains warehouse operation area clean and orderly.
• Learn[s] and adhere to workplace safety regulations.

• High School Diploma.
• Experience with ERP tool such as SAP.
• 3 years of related warehouse experience (shipping and receiving, kitting, packing).
• Data entry experience required.
• Experience with driving a company box truck for deliveries.
• Effective organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and highly regulated with adaptability to changing priorities.
• Strong team player.
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs unassisted.
• Ability to operate a forklift.
• Must be flexible with starting between 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM PST, Monday - Friday and must be flexible work weekends.
