Position Summary: We seek an experienced engineering manager to lead the Samsung foundry customer's programs across various process technologies, driving business growth and product introduction through close collaboration with customers and internal teams.

What You’ll DoThe Senior Manager will manage the Samsung foundry customer’s programs from business development through new product introduction (NPI) to full production.
Responsibilities include:
- Support internal account strategy, coordinate alignment of business and engineering executions.
- Provide customer satisfaction by responding to account actions and driving collaboration on technical and cost‑effective solutions.
- Partner with engineering and business groups to ensure NPI activities meet customer schedules and technical requirements.
- Complete other responsibilities as assigned.
- Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or related Physical Science with 15+ years of experience, Master’s with 13+ years, or PhD with 10+ years.
- Recent experience in semiconductor process, product, or device engineering.
- Previous work experience with a major semiconductor foundry or integrated device manufacturer preferred.
- Project‑management experience preferred.
- Strong customer orientation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
