Performs a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies. Determines and/or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, cable harnessing on assembly units. Makes setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.

• Responsible for assembly and quality control of mechanical components and systems.
• Role involves working from detailed engineering instructions, drawings, and specifications to ensure the accurate assembly of mechanical parts and equipment.
• Must be able to use hand tools & power tools to assemble units.
• Maintain accurate records of assembly processes and results, ensuring proper documentation of work.
• Track and maintain parts, tools, and equipment inventory, ensuring materials are stocked for continuous production.
• Adhere to company safety protocols and maintain a clear and organized workplace.
• Knowledge of ISO standards or other industry certifications is a PLUS.

• Must have at least 2‑4 years of experience and knowledge of electronic sub-assemblies and system integration.
• Manual dexterity skills (proficiency with hand and power tools).
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems and components.
• Problem‑solving skills and must be a team player.
• Ability to communicate and follow manufacturing process instructions in English.
• Previous knowledge (one+ year) of electronic sub-assemblies and system integration.
• Ability to lift up to 20‑45 pounds.
• Ability to work weekends and flexible hours if needed.

Salary Range (annual): $41,600 - $54,080 ($20 – $26 per hour).
