This position is for a full-time Resident Manager II with 2‑bedroom Unit to work at Villa Monterey, a 120‑unit affordable family housing community in San Jose, CA. This is a tax credit/HUD combo property. Qualified candidates will have 2+ years of affordable housing property management experience and knowledge in HUD, TCAC, DFEH, and ADA guidelines. Must be able to live onsite.

Must be able to develop and implement budgets and have tenant relations experience. Salary range: $68,640 - $92,817 per year; hiring range for new employees is generally $68,640 - $75,817 per year, DOE. Please note an offer will take into consideration the experience of the final candidate and the current salary level of individuals working at EAH in a similar role.

• Collect rent, make bank deposits, prepare and submit rent roll, verify income
• Comply with HUD, TCAC, or other regulations
• Maintain waiting list, prepare and process leases
• Supervise on‑site staff of 3 or more
• Process evictions, conduct annual inspections, and coordinate repairs
• For HUD properties, submit vouchers

• 2+ years of affordable housing property management experience
• Knowledge of HUD, TCAC, DFEH, and ADA guidelines
• Ability to develop and implement budgets and variance reports
• Skills in resident problem solving and staff management
