- Manages the District Sales Managers in order to establish and maintain strong customer relationships and execute sales of all BSH brands.
- Achieves respective brand sales plan (Thermador, Bosch, and Gaggenau).
- Responsible for assigning sales quotas to DSMs in support of the overall regional quota.
- Travels, develops and maintains relationships with all accounts and DSMs.
- Manages accrued programming and display budgets for region.
- Coaches and manages DSMs to present programs to principles/sales managers to enhance order results.
- Responsible for communicating the monthly regional turnover forecast to Supply Chain and Demand Planning.
- Manages DSMs to ensure they process credits, pricing errors, RAs and displays in a timely manner while maintaining all BSH Policies.
- Assists in the coordination of competitive regional pricing and marketing programs (volume rebates, buy programs, SPA's, spiffs, etc.).
- Coordinate needed Thermador, Bosch and Gaggenau programming for the achievement of sales plan.
- Manages information flow to Head of Sales on a daily/weekly basis.
- Monitors the maintenance and development of all product displays including POP and display cleanliness.
- Performs all other duties as assigned, including personnel development of DSMs.
- Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration) – Required
- 5-7 Years of Experience (Negotiating Experience) – Required
- 5-7 Years of Experience (People Management Experience) – Required
- 10+ Years of Experience (Sales Experience) – Required
- Domestic Travel by car, airplane, boat, etc. – can include overnight and weekends.
- Must be able to drive to visit assigned accounts daily in territory.
- Must have an active driver's license in good standing with the DMV.
- Strong training/coaching skills (both product & sales associate development).

Pay range: $127,584 - $170,112
Incentive Plan:
Quarterly Sales Incentive
Incentive Target %: 43%
