Our client is an one of the major F&B and Hospitality companies in Singapore, and provide various services, including restaurants, conceptualization, development and operations. Opening in Bangkok.

Title of Position: Senior Assistant Restaurant Manager

Package: 70,000 Baht

General Mission

The Senior Assistant Restaurant Manager is the responsible for the overall success, performance, and strategic direction of the assigned outlet and any associated outside catering operations. They will be knowledgeable about delivering maximum profitability, ensuring operational excellence, and upholding the highest standards of the company brand promise and maximum customer satisfaction
.

Core Responsibilities I. Strategic Financial Management & Profitability
  • Establish and achieve the annual business plan targets
    , including forecasted food and beverage revenues and profit percentages.
  • Proactively manage the entire P&L statement
    , implementing aggressive cost control strategies across labor, food, and beverage.
  • Prepare and present the Annual Business Plan
    , monthly forecasts, and detailed performance reports to the ownership/management team.
  • Maximise employee productivity through effective management, coaching, multi-skilling, and flexible resource scheduling.
  • Oversee all financial controls, including safe security, float management, sales recording accuracy, and proper banking procedures.
  • Take final responsibility for inventory management and maintenance of all restaurant assets and operating equipment.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective upselling programs and premium service delivery.
II. Operational Excellence & Leadership
  • Establish, oversee, and enforce all service standards for the outlet, ensuring consistent implementation and necessary training.
  • Directly supervise and monitor all outlet operations, providing support and making strategic adjustments during peak periods.
  • Ensure all company minimum brand standards are implemented and optional standards are creatively applied to elevate the guest experience.
  • Lead the entire management team (Assistant Manager, Head Chef, Bar) in a supportive and flexible manner, fostering a culture of teamwork ("We work through Teams").
  • Conduct tastings and monitor the quality of all food and beverage products served
    , providing high-level constructive feedback.
  • Oversee the development of an outstanding beverage selection that is competitive and authentic to the Spanish concept.
III. Guest Experience & Brand Promise
  • Instill a culture where all employees deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Take ownership of high-level customer complaints and inquiries
    , resolving issues efficiently and maintaining brand loyalty.
  • Ensure all staff are proficient in delivering expert product knowledge and personalized service.
IV. Marketing & Business Development
  • Lead market analysis of local, national, and international trends, competitors, and potential vendors to ensure company remains competitive and cutting edge.
  • Develop and execute strategic Marketing and Public Relations opportunities to significantly increase brand awareness and business volume.
  • Review, analyze, and leverage the Menu Sales Analysis to lead menu engineering efforts for maximum profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Direct the implementation of all marketing and promotional programs for the outlet's maximum profitability.
V. Administration & Compliance
  • Take ultimate responsibility for compliance with the Food Safety Management System (FSMS) and all local health and safety practices.
  • Oversee the creation, updating, and strict adherence to all Operational Manuals, SOPs, and the Risk Management Plan
    .
  • Lead all internal communication efforts
    , including conducting effective and regular management meetings and all-staff briefings.
  • Manage HR functions for the outlet, including recruitment, performance reviews, disciplinary actions, attendance sheets, and rostering.
