Overview
San José State University is seeking a Senior Director of Maintenance and Operations to join the Facilities Development and Operations team. This position provides strategic leadership and administrative oversight for all building, grounds, custodial, and maintenance operations across SJSU’s 167-acre, multi-site campus.
Qualifications- A bachelor’s degree in engineering, facilities management, construction management, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) and at least ten years of supervisory experience, including five years in senior leadership within a large, complex facilities organization.
