** Essential

Duties & Responsibilities *
* + Lead and manage multiple HVAC MEP projects from inception to completion. Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure project success.

+ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Understand their needs, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

+ Develop project scopes, budgets, and timelines. Oversee cost estimates, procurement, and project scheduling.

+ Mentor and lead project teams, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages accountability and excellence.

+ Troubleshoot issues that arise during the project lifecycle. Take proactive steps to mitigate risks and maintain smooth operations.

+ Ensure all project documentation, including plans, contracts, and reports, is accurate and up-to-date.

+ Ensure that all projects are executed in compliance with safety standards and company policies. Uphold the highest quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

** Qualifications*
* + Minimum 1 year of experience as a Project Manager in the HVAC/MEP industry.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project). Familiarity with project management software is a plus.

+ Strong communicator, organized, and a problem-solver.

+ Proven leadership experience, with a collaborative approach that drives results.

+ Strong interpersonal and client relations skills with a proactive approach to customer service.

+ Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and handle changing priorities.

* $130,000 - $150,000 per year based on experience.
